Visitation Coach - Position Description

  We are always looking for passionate individuals to join us as Visitation/Parent Coaches at Children Matter! Our Visitation Coaches are the heartbeat of who we are and are essential for our program. They work hands-on with our clients/families by walking with them through our parent curriculum, teaching them hands on parenting skills, keeping them accountable throughout their visitation experience, and being there for them emotionally during some of the toughest moments a family can experience together (the permanency process). 

  This is a client-based position and hours each week vary based on the number of clients a coach might have. Our coaches are responsible for:

  - keeping client files organized

  - keeping clients on task with our parent curriculum

  - taking notes throughout the visit

  - submitting weekly reports.

We have positions available at both our Atascosa and San Antonio locations (bi-lingual coaches NEEDED!). Gas reimbursement assistance set for coaches willing to help/sub in both locations.
